Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the backbone of Nigeria's economy, yet they face increasing uncertainty from dynamic policy reforms. Recent changes, including fuel subsidy removal and exchange rate unification, have presented significant challenges to business operations and growth. This sixth edition of the DBN Annual Lecture Series provided a crucial platform for MSMEs to build adaptive capacity and navigate this evolving policy climate. The event featured a keynote address from Flora Mutahi a dynamic and passionate entrepreneur who has made significant contributions in manufacturing and business. With over 27 years of experience as a C-suite executive, she has proven to be a visionary leader, business advisor, and an inspiring mentor to young entrepreneurs. Followed by a discourse with experts from various sectors who shared their practical experiences and highlighted new opportunities. A fireside chat with successful entrepreneurs offered deeper insights, while breakout sessions focused on the Technology, Creative, and Manufacturing industries allowed MSMEs to learn directly from their peers and industry leaders. It was a day of robust dialogue and strategic insights to help position Nigerian MSMEs for Growth in a Dynamic Policy Environment.
